本研究的主要目的是在於探討職場靈性透過心流體驗對自我效能的影響。研究假設心流體驗是職場靈性與自我效能之間的中介變數。職場靈性愈高,教師對教學的心流體驗越高,進而自我效能也越高。本研究以台北市、新北市、基隆市國民小學教師為調查對象,一共發出390份問卷,扣除未收回問卷及無效問卷,實際回收之有效問卷為354份(90.9%)。以SPSS20.0統計軟體進行整體結構的評估以及中介效果的分析。實證結果顯示如下:一、職場靈性對自我效能有正向影響。二、職場靈性對心流體驗有正向影響。三、心流體驗對自我效能有正向影響。四、心流體驗對職場靈性與自我效能之關係具有中介效果。 經上述結果,本研究提供了教育當局促進教師自我效能的一個管道-給與教師發展職場靈性的機會與空間,提高教師在教學相關事務上的心流體驗,進而提升教師的自我效能。
The main goal of this study is to explore the impact of workplace spirituality on self-efficacy through the experience of flow experience. This study assumes that the flow experience is a mediator between workplace spirituality and self-efficacy. The higher the workplace spirituality, the higher the teacher’s flow experience of teaching, and the higher the self-efficacy. In this study, 390 questionnaires were sent out from the teachers of the primary schools in Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Keelung City. After deducting the unrecovered questionnaire and the invalid questionnaire, the actual questionnaires were 354 (90.9%). The SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to evaluate the overall structure and analyze the mediation effects. The empirical results are shown below:1.The workplace spirituality has a positive impact on self-efficacy.2.The workplace spirituality has a positive impact on flow experience.3.The flow experience has a positive impact on self-efficacy.4.The flow experience has a mediating effect on workplace spirituality and self-efficacy.Through the above results, this study provides a way for the education authorities to promote teachers' self-efficacy—giving teachers the opportunities and space to develop workplace spirituality, improving teachers' experience in teaching-related matters, and thus improving teachers' self-efficacy.
